Protection of long wool sheep for up to 14 weeks from strike by blowfly
Vetrazin™ Liquid is registered for the protection of long wool sheep for up to 14 weeks from strike by blowfly (Lucilia cuprina), including organophosphate resistant strains. Vetrazin™ Liquid can be applied either by hand jetting or by dipping. It is a water soluble suspension containing the active ingredient cyromazine, an insect growth regulator that breaks the lifecycle of the blowfly before any damage occurs.

MILK: DO NOT USE on sheep that are producing or may in the future produce milk or milk products for human consumption. WOOL: DO NOT USE less than 2 months before shearing or fibre collection. MEAT: DO NOT USE less than 7 days before slaughter for human consumption.
Export Slaughter Interval
DO NOT USE less than 21 days before slaughter for export.
Directions For Use
DO NOT use on sheep with less than six weeks wool growth.
Use the Dutjet jetting wand supplied by a diaphragm pump capable of delivering up to 100 psi (690 kPa) when hand-jetting with Vetrazin™ Liquid. Recommended operating pressure for lambs is 50–70 psi and for adult sheep 90–100 psi.
Should not be used on open wounds e.g. wounds resulting from marking or mulesing operations.
